      I watched the auction live but online, there were no bids for the Deka so not sure what you mean by bought in. If noone bids its unsold right? 'Bought in' sounds like dramatic license to me. However there was no special extra time alloted for the lot which I would have thought there would be (like for the coin I bought later). It just came up, no bids, moved onto next.

        Yeah right Bill. This is the second FAKE Athenian Dekadrachm exposed by me on MvR that was bought in by the auction-house.
        According to you there is no relation at all...
        Anyway, I am glad that no fellow collector bid on this fake.

          'Bought In' is a standard phrase in auctioneering to describe an unsold lot.
