Ancient or modern forgery?

Hi all,

As a member of a French Ancient Coins Forum, I came across a discussion about a sestertius of Trajan.
They all agree that it must be a ancient forgery, but I have doubts.
Here are the pictures:

The reverse type is typical for the following legend: CONCORDIA EXERCITVVM / S C. for Hadrian (RIC 581a-e), not for Trajan.
However, the legend on this coin reads: CONCORDIA EXERC M IVM ME, and apairs to be tooled in my opinion.
The combination of the Trajan obverse and the tooled reverse typical for Hadrian indicates that this coin is very doubtfull

The obverse of Trajan dates from 114 till 117 with the legend: IMP CAES NER TRAIANO OPTIMO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS VI P P.
The reverse for Hadrien is dated 119-121.

Your opinions please!
Is this a comtemporary forgery or a modern fake?

Best regards,
Marc
