Is it just me or are others struck by foreign governments that are, on the one hand, getting aggressive and sanctimonius about "cultural patrimony" and preventing trade in antiquities, but on the other hand, are so tolerant about the networks of brazen forgeries and counterfeits within their borders and otherwise complete lack of respect for the intellectual property rights of others?
