2 coins stamp/monogrammed....17mm and moesia?

Just out of curiosity, here are photos of two not so great old bronzes. I am curious especially about the rather crude one stamped with two post minting monograms...the upper stamp looks like a bird, maybe even an owl?

The second. is just a small 16-17 mm provincial coin. when I bought it years ago , it was tossed in with a group from Moesia that were minted either in the reigns of Carracala and Elagabalus. One small not dissimilar coin in the group was a provincial from Byzantium.

Almost a trivial pursuit, but I would like suggestions. Thanks.
