Arrow Roman Denarius ID Help Needed

A friend shared this on Facebook. It looks like a Roman Imperatorial denarius. I cannot match the inscription or find a match describing the reverse. The bust looks a lot like Commodus but I could not find a match for him either. Could be an ancient imitative? Any help with the ID is appreciated. Thank you.
