That is an old article.

He went back on-line since then, at the site we always referenced, and then disappeared sometime last year. Somewhere around the time some country charged him with some nefarious act.

The last article I saw said he was in court fighting the charges, and then he disappeared.

There was a Dutch article somewhere that explained what happened but I could only translate every 5th word.

Although not perfect and probably not adapted for complicated legal terminology, my Dutch is quite fine, so I could give it a try.
